JICAMA and ORANGE SALAD
(Serves 5)

S A L A D:
  • 5 oranges, sliced in rounds
  • 2 medium jicamas, sliced in long strips (like french fries)
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro (or to taste)
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 radishes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 t chile powder
D R E S S I N G:
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t granulated sugar
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1/8 c Cholula hot sauce
  • 1/4 c lemon juice

I N S T R U C T I O N S:
COMBINE the dressing ingredients.
ADD the remaining ingredients (except the chile powder) and top with the chile powder.
