Chili con Queso Dip
makes 3 cups

I N G R E D I E N T S
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa OR 1 cup of our Salsa
Additional diced jalepeno peppers to taste
1/4 cup milk

I N S T R U C T I O N S
In saucepan, double boiler or crockpot, stir cheese, salsa and jalepenos over low heat until cheese melts. Add some milk, if necessary, to get desired consistency.

.Hint: For New Mexican Chili con Queso Dip replace the additional jalepenos with green chilis.
