JICAMA and ORANGE SALAD (Serves 5)
S A L A D:
- 5 oranges, sliced in rounds
- 2 medium jicamas, sliced in long strips (like french fries)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (or to taste)
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 radishes, sliced thin
- 1/2 t chile powder
| D R E S S I N G:
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t granulated sugar
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/8 c Cholula hot sauce
- 1/4 c lemon juice

I N S T R U C T I O N S: COMBINE the dressing ingredients. ADD the remaining ingredients (except the chile powder) and top with the chile powder.
