GUACAMOLE DIP

E N T S:
- 2 or 3
avacados (ripe but not mushy)
- 1/2 cup
of your favorite salsa (or our salsa)
- 2
tablespoons lemon juice

How to make Guacamole Dip I N S
T R U C T I O N S
Peel and
pit avacados. Mash with a fork or potato masher to
desired smoothness (a few small lumps is fine). Mix
in salsa and lemon juice. Store in refrigerator until
ready to use.
Hint: Guacamole
is best when fresh, so prepare the day of use if possible.
It will however, keep for several days in the
refrigerator.
