Our Return Policy
Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days. We will accept the return of any product if it is in saleable condition and in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. It must be shipped back to us at your expense. Before returning any product for exchange or refund, you will need to call for instructions on how to ship. (Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges except on defective merchandise).
NOTE: If the merchandise was NON-Defective and we originally paid the shipping to you, you will be refunded the cost of your order LESS the shipping charge we paid for the original shipment. Sorry, but this is necessary to keep our prices low for everyone. You are also subject for up to a 7% restocking fee at our option.
